We recommend choosing a length that reaches between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers or those seeking stability at high speeds should lean toward the longer end of their range.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Custom-built skis typically ship within 2-4 weeks. In-stock models usually depart our warehouse within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground.
Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
Yes, we provide a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
Can I return my skis if they have been mounted with bindings?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on skis that have been drilled or mounted. We recommend verifying your setup before installation.
Do the skis come pre-waxed and tuned?
Every pair of Shaggy's skis arrives with a factory tune and a universal hot wax, meaning they are ready to hit the slopes immediately upon delivery.
