Returns & Exchanges

At Shaggy's Copper Country Skis, we stand by our Michigan-made craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new, unused skis aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your skis or accessories are in original, unused condition with all factory packaging and protective wraps intact.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
